Your Breakthrough Session
This is a structured 60-minute session designed for men who are capable and functional — but tired of repeating the same loop under pressure. We keep it clean, calm, and practical.
What happens in the 60 minutes
You do not need to “perform” here. You don’t need the perfect words. We’ll slow the moment down, get clear, and build something you can actually use.
We slow the pace. One calm breath. Quick “body check” (1–10). No fixing — just orientation. This sets the tone so the rest of the session works.
You’ll describe what’s happening without over-explaining the full story. We listen for what repeats — the loop that keeps costing you energy.
We talk about what you’ve been listening to lately (driving, training, zoning out, stressed). Not for taste — for what it’s doing in your system: pushing, numbing, bracing, escaping, steadying.
We name the pattern and build a simple 2–10 minute reset: when to use it, what to do, and what to play. This is not “self-care.” This is maintenance for a system under pressure.
Once your system is steadier, clarity shows up. We identify one decision or next move that’s been harder than it should be — and make it simpler.
You leave with one clean next step for this week. If you want structure so the reset doesn’t fade, you can add the 6-week program — but the session stands on its own.
How to get the most from the call
This is easy. Two small things make a big difference.
- Find a quiet spot for 60 minutes (car is fine if it’s calm).
- Use headphones if possible (keeps the session contained).
- Have your phone ready for music (Spotify / Apple Music / YouTube is fine).
- Bring 1–2 songs you’ve been leaning on lately (or we’ll find them together).
- Don’t rehearse. You’ll get more value if you show up as you are.
What you don’t need to do
This keeps the session clean and effective.
- You don’t need the perfect words.
- You don’t need to tell your entire life story.
- You don’t need to “be positive.”
- You don’t need to solve anything in real time.
- You just need to be honest about what’s repeating.
