Intentional listening rituals to shift from alertness to open focus. Designed for Chrysalis Evolutions sessions: pair a dopamine-friendly instrumental with mindful noticing. Play your track, start the timer, and let your body speak. Reflection and journaling follow automatically.

Your Session Recipe

Short practice — big shift
  • Play In Page or use Open Track to launch a new tab. The music that follows after your pause contiunes this flow state.
  • After the 3 minute timer is complete the next part of your experence will automatically UNLOCK Silent Reflection. Journal — What surfaced?

  • Start Session below to begin the on-page timer and progress.
  • Allow gentle attention: breathe low, soften shoulders, notice body signals.
  • When the music ends, rest in silence until the reflection timer completes.
  • Then journal—fragments welcome. One paragraph is enough.
Brief auditory stimulation + a short interoceptive pause can prime a receptive, creative learning state.
