Coaching-safe & trauma-aware: The questions are designed to stay within a coaching scope, honor your boundaries, and invite you to share only what feels right for this container.

Blending breakthroughs + playlists: Your answers around Chrysalis Journey breakthroughs and music give Aubrey a living playlist of what matters most to you right now— emotionally, spiritually, and practically.

Before your session: Aubrey reviews your intake, notes your season, and listens for themes, patterns, and songs that want to be part of your time together.

During your session: Your goals, season, and music references help shape the flow—whether we’re anchoring, releasing, integrating, or envisioning.

You are always in choice. You can skip any question that doesn’t feel aligned to answer now.

What we’ll gently explore together
Your intake is organized into simple sections so you’re never overloaded all at once. You’ll move through them at your own pace in the secure form that opens when you begin:
Section 1 – Client Basics Full name, email, mobile/phone, time zone, preferred contact method, and how you heard about Chrysalis Evolutions.
Section 2 – Session Selection Your preferred service type (60 or 90 minutes, customized package, or other), format (virtual, in-person, or hybrid), preferred date & time, and general availability.
Section 3 – Client Context & Goals Your primary goal, the current season or challenge you’re in, which Chrysalis Journey breakthroughs feel most relevant, and your familiarity with nervous system work (1–10).
Section 4 – Music-Based Exploration Your relationship with music, a song or playlist that reflects how you feel right now, your playlist link, and how you’d like music to be used in coaching (reflection, processing, energy shift, guidance, etc.).
Section 5 – Self-Assessment & Readiness Your readiness for change (1–10), current energy or emotional state, the blocks or obstacles you want support with, and the strengths and resources you bring to this work.
Section 6 – Relationship & Support System Your support network (family, friends, mentors), any relationships or dynamics you’d like to explore, and boundaries or challenges you want to work on.
Section 7 – Safety & Confidentiality Any safety notes, health concerns, or accessibility needs, plus a simple confidentiality acknowledgment so you can share only what feels safe.
Section 8 – Additional Notes Anything else you’d like Aubrey to know, specific outcomes you hope to achieve, and any questions or curiosities about the coaching process.
